Sports fans can catch all the action as Calgary Wild FC faces off against Ottawa Rapid FC in what’s sure to be an electrifying soccer match. Bow Valley Boot Stomp is dedicated to showcasing emerging country artists who are passionate about their craft and ready to shine on the festival stage. Over half our lineup comes from right here in Alberta, bringing authentic country sounds to Cochrane.


    Enjoy live music, food trucks, beer gardens, family-friendly fun, and onsite camping for the full weekend experience.

Calgary Japanese Festival “Omatsuri”

Details: 

  • “Omatsuri” is the Japanese term for a “traditional festival”. Visitors to the festival will be treated to authentic Japanese customs, presentations of traditional music, dance & song, martial arts demonstrations, and more!


    Both days are Omatsuri which in Japanese means ‘Festival’. This year we are planning on adding a Friday Night Market in the tradition of a Japanese Obon Festival with dancing, vendor stalls, and much much more. Check back often as we will update the site as plans are finalized.


    As in the past, the traditional Saturday Festival will be filled with Japanese performances, children’s games, arts and culture, lots of your favorite Japanese vendors, and cuisine. Don’t miss the fabulous Sake tasting as well as the beer garden! 

Annual Bulls on the Beach

ABBAMANIA: Back to the Disco Dimension
